Miss Columbus Day Pageant

The Sons and Daughters of Italy of Springfield is proud to announce the return of The Miss Columbus Day Pageant to Downtown Springfield Massachusetts. A tradition steeped in pride, the Crowing of a Miss Columbus Day Queen and her court uplifts the many celebrations of Italian heritage month and throughout the year. The Queen and her court will be scheduled to appear at events representing the modern Italian American way of life while honoring history with pride, grace, and intelligence. The live presentation will be held at the newly opened Hope Center for the Arts, the former City Stage location. The venue,completely updated, offers a uniquely professional experience for attendees and participants of the pageant featuring a renovated theater with state of the art sound and lighting.Thanks to the Hope Center for the Arts, the entire program will be live streamed and available around the world.
