Portraits for Parkinson’s-Time to Show My Art Fundraiser & Exhibit

This is an exciting 2-day fundraising event hosted by Street Shooters GR an international travel photography community made up of professional and amateur photographers living in different countries around the world (based out of Scotland). Their mission is to support non-profit organizations through annual photo exhibitions, where the artists’ work is donated to benefit charitable causes, and they have graciously chosen the Parkinson’s Foundation New England Chapter as their event charity!
By attending this event, you will support both the artistic community and the Parkinson’s Foundation, to fund cutting-edge research to improve treatments and advance toward a cure. This event will bring together photographers and artists from around the world and members of the local community, celebrating the power of art to inspire people, build connections, and drive positive social change.

On Friday, September 25, from 5:00–9:00 p.m., we’ll kick off our International Photography Exhibition with a community celebration featuring a food truck, raffles, games, a photo exhibit, a photo booth, and professional photography sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase photographs for a minimum $35 donation, with all proceeds benefiting the New England Chapter! We will also highlight the importance of art, art therapy and how it can improve motor skills, mood and cognition.
