Star Spangled Springfield

Celebrate Independence Day and the country’s 250th anniversary with Star Spangled Springfield, sponsored by MassMutual. On Saturday, July 4, 2026, festivities begin at 6pm with food vendors and face painting. The entertainment starts at 7pm with greetings from Springfield Mayor Sarno and other dignitaries and a free concert by the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. The spectacular fireworks display will blast off from the Memorial Bridge at 9:30pm, and dance to music broadcast on Mix 93.1FM.
