U. S. Navy Concert Band

The Spirit of Springfield is proud to present the U. S. Navy Concert Band on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 2pm. The FREE CONCERT, sponsored by Yellowstone Landscape, features more than 50 musicians and vocalists performing musical works, from American classics to contemporary pieces. Selections include works by John Williams, Joseph Turrin, Alberto Ginastera, John Philip Sousa and Aaron Copland. It is part of the U. S. Navy Band’s Northeast tour celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States. It will be family-friendly and designed to connect the community with the U. S. Navy.

Free tickets are available at Pride Stores, Springfield Visitors Center at 1319 Main Street, Springfield, and the Security Desk at One Financial Plaza, 1350 Main Street, Springfield.

In addition to Yellowstone Landscape, the concert is supported by Comcast, MassLive, PIP Printing, Pride Stores, Rock 102, The Republican, Western Mass News, NAI Plotkin, Springfield Business Improvement District, Springfield Symphony Hall, and a donation made in memory of Evelyn O’Brien.
