World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast

Celebrate Springfield’s birthday at the World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast. Tables line the middle of Main Street from Tower Square to Court Square (Bridge Street to State Street). There is lots to do and see, and plenty of pancakes which are served with bacon, milk, juice and coffee. Admission and beverages are free. Pancakes with bacon is $3 for adults and $1 for children.
