The Downtown Farmers’ Market is entering its 4th Season at a new location this year, Court Square! Developed to provide a place for local growers, producers, artisans and crafters to sell their goods directly to consumers in the downtown community, to educate consumers about local farming and seasonal eating, to encourage and promote the use of locally grown farm products and to enhance quality of life in Springfield by providing a community activity that fosters social gathering and interaction. Chill Out frozen desserts are an Asian-inspired take on the American “snow cone” idea – but so much healthier and tasty! No high-fructose technicolor corn syrup used on our desserts. Stony Hill Farm stand offers pasture-raised eggs, cut flowers, and seasonal fresh vegetables, all grown on their property in Wilbraham using organic methods. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, lots of compost and cover crops.

Bousquet Smoke House starts with Vermont made cheddar cheese and smoke it with locally grown apple wood chips until it has a smooth, sweet, smoky flavor.
