380 parking spaces ~ servicing the Authority’s Parking Facilities, Morgan Square Apartments, Paramount Theater, and other local business communities. Approximately 250 spaces are designated to Monthly Parkers, including reserved spaces on the lower levels. Monthly parking rates range from $100.00 and up. Transient rates are, $2.00 the first hour or any part of, then $2.00 for each additional hour. Executive Parking, Inc., has been operating this facility under its contract since 2012.
