GRANNY’S BAKING TABLE

Located at 309 Bridge Street, Monday – Saturday 7:30am – 2pm

A small-batch bakery in Springfield, Mass. Granny’s is on a mission to get back to the basics: welcoming folks to their table, lively conversation, and fabulous food. ​

Granny’s Baking Table combines two baking traditions; American South and Northen European with a singular commitment to authentic small-batch baking. Granny’s Baking Table is a joint venture of Sonya Yelder and Todd Crosset. We are artisan bakers, committed equally to our craft and the people who choose to live and work in Springfield. We celebrate and reflect the richness of our community. They believe in a universal desire for people to connect with others.

413 CAFE

Located at 1383 Main Street, rear (On Market Street)

Owner Christina Raschi has brought personal touches to the 413 Cafe. As a granddaughter of a Boston police officer, she is offering law enforcement and veterans a 10% discount at her shop. She serves Cape Cod Coffee, a homage to the location where her parents met. And she supports a local business by serving Tandem bagels, cookies, and cream cheese. She will also be offering classes that will change seasonally.

PALAZZO CAFE

Located at 1350 Main Street in the One Financial Plaza – Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm

CAFE D’JOLIE

Monday – Friday | 9am – 3pm | Located at 1365 Main Street, in the rear.

Cornerstone Cafe

Monday – Friday 8am – 2pm | 1414 Main Street

Cornerstone offers a very delicious breakfast menu. From Breakfast sandwiches, specialty sandwiches, low carb options such as eggs Florentine and eggs rancheros, baked goods and of course COFFEE.
