MALADO! PERFORMING LIVE FRIDAY NIGHT
Malado! also know as Malado Music formed in the year of 2008 to compete in a onetime talent show. Soon after the the talent show the band leaders Joshua Dodds and Gary Smith wanted to continue on and expanded by adding other member to consist as a full live band. Malado’s music style stems from the roots of gospel, R&B, Hiphop, Neo-soul, Jazz, and more. Every member of the band can play drums and keys. Malado has won two Battle of the Bands at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. They have played along side the like of, Lupe Fiasco, Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean, All Time Low, and more.
Malado continues to strive to give a good performance at any show no matter the venue.

The Springfield Visitor Center will be hosting a Winter Clothing Drive for the Springfield Rescue Mission.
We are looking to collect new/gently used warm winter clothing for men, women, and children, especially as the winter draws near.
The most needed winter items are: coats, hats, gloves for men.
Other general cold weather needs are coats, hats and gloves for women and children as well; warm socks for men and women; and full size blankets…(rather than just throws). Items can be new or gently used.
Drop-Off location will be the Springfield Visitor Center, Tuesday through Friday: 10am – 4pm. 1319 Main Street, Springfield, MA
