1636 North is a new restaurant in Downtown Springfield located at 220 Worthington Street. For the time being, they’re only offering take-out and delivery from Uber Eats and GrubHub while the restaurant undergoes remodeling and logistics to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Stay tuned for their dine-in opening coming in November! 1636 North will provide a modern environment with an open kitchen design.
1636 North reflects Springfield’s history. When you walk in you’ll notice images on their walls of Springfield dating back to 1902. They plan on incorporating different elements of Springfield’s history within the theme as well. The name 1636 North comes from the year in which Springfield was founded in, and North is the direction which one faces while standing in front of the establishment.
