Downtown's Dining District

Join The Springfield Renaissance!

There’s great opportunities in Springfield’s growing Dining District in addition with the well-known restaurants Theodores’ BBQ, Adolfo’s, The Student Prince Café & Fort Restaurant, and more. This 3 block district offers convenient access to I-91 and the Mass Pike as well as five parking lots and is strategically located between the revitalized Union Station and the planned MGM casino and the newly renovated Silverbrick Lofts.

MGM Springfield is scheduled to open late summer 2018. MGM and their 3,000+ workforce is expected to attract 8 million visitors a year. That breaks down to 150,000+ visiting the heart of downtown each week!
