The Rich Badowski Blues Band evolved from a local blues jam. They are the winners of the 2012 Connecticut Blues Band Challenge and represented Ct at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN back in Jan of 2013. The Band brings to the table a hefty portion of old school blues. Add to that a little funk and you have a recipe for a good time. Rich Badowski has been blowing harp and singing the blues for over 25 years. He is known for his entertaining brand of showmanship and engaging rapport with the audience. Michael St George is the guitar player and second vocalist covers all styles of blues. The band is backed up by some of the area’s best rhytm sections such as drummers Bryan Caudle, Liviu, Pop, Jason Arnold, Jonathan Lichtig and bass players Greg Allen, Paul Dabrowski, Billy Bileca and Peter King.
