We are extremely proud of our City of Springfield, the third-largest city in Massachusetts and the fourth-largest in New England. We are not naïve enough to think with a city the size of Springfield there are not occasional issues, but our desire is to make sure the positives which go on in Downtown and within the City are shared as often, if not more, than the negatives.
